Turn summer drinks into firecrackers by coating the glass rims with Pop Rocks. Just dampen with lemon juice, then dip the rims in the candies on a plate. To get the red-white-and-blue effect, use Tropical Punch (blue) Pop Rocks, then fill the glasses with any red drink or cocktail; we mixed pomegranate and cranberry juice with seltzer.

| Delicious Dessert easy to make!Bake you're biscuits when done let them cool,cut in half lay out on wax paper.Cut up you're strawberries in slices if you prefer to put them in a pot with sugar let simmer for a more of a jam that is fine too.Place you're strawberries on top of biscuits,place you're Whip Cream and blackberries wallah simple, easy and quick. Ingredients: 1.Strawberries 2.Blackberries 3.Whip cream 4.Biscuits any kind whatever you prefer compromise! |

| Fourth of July is approaching entertaining guests?Here is a dish simple,cheap and well you can't get enough of.I saw these on Pinterest and knew I just had to make them! All the goodness of
cheesecake inside a beautiful strawberry. Good luck trying to eat just one or
two! They're absolutely heavenly!Just a hint you can also Dip you're strawberry's in Chocolate or add some blueberry's on top to make it Red White and Blue would be a great idea as well you're choice. Ingredients:
1 Lb large strawberries
8 oz block cream cheese, softened 3 to 4 Tbs powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the
strawberry. Remove the top and clean out inside with a paring knife if
necessary. If you want to stand your strawberries upright (like in the picture)
slice a bit off the bottom. Once strawberries are prepped set
aside.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla
with a mixer or by hand. Add cream cheese mix to piping bag and fill
strawberries. Once strawberries are filled dip the top in graham cracker
crumbs.

Harrisburg's Fourth of July Event!
The City of Harrisburg is celebrating the 4th of July! This annual festival will host a number of events including; the annual Fireworks Display, the Festival of India, along with hours of great FREE entertainment, delicious food and unique product vendors. New to this year’s Celebration will be the Wine Village, the Lighted Boat Parade, with cash prizes, the Harrisburg Healthy Cafe and the renowned Gus Macker 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament. Also new will be Harrisburg’s Got Talent Contest for youth who must pre-register and audition.
